This place was a refreshing place to come to. We had been looking an authentic Mexican food restaurant and we believe we found our new spot. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed the Mole. My wife had the Sopes with one of my girls. And my other daughter enjoyed the Tostada. We will be coming back to this gem in Old Buckeye!

Stopped in for lunch and wow- what an experience! Tacos were overflowing with juicy, perfectly seasoned meats - not just a sprinkle but absolutely packed. Every bite was full of flavor and satisfaction. I didn't try it this time, but they offer all-you-can-eat Taco Tuesday for just $19.99. Definitely coming back for that!

Main Street Buckeye is a place out of time and Casa de Leyva fits right in. It's authentic, feels like it's been waiting for you a hundred years. You step on the dirt parking lot, enter through the back, and before you pull open the rough hacienda style doors, you're already living the experience. If you sit at the rustic wood-plank bar, ask for a tall beer and crunch on their tortilla chips while they pour you a massive drink. Despite the feel, they're new, so we'll see how they do in real time, but if you're looking for a unique experience, it's worth stepping off the concrete malls in the suburb.

After a lot of hesitation because we are old school La Placita fans we finally tried it. Food was amazing, the owner is amazing. He makes you feel welcome and at home. As much as I thought I'd say we would never come here we would 100% come back

As a mother its not easy eating out with a baby, but the host was super sweet to get us a high chair for our babies car seat. Server was very nice as well. My husband is very hesitant with restaurants but he actually loved the food. Our 4 year old liked her meal and of course so did I. Will definitely be returning. Only downfall was i wish we could of got our queso & chips first but its okay I took it home to enjoy later(:

Headed to Cali for a football game and came here for breakfast. The chilaquiles, red, were awesome, probably the best I have had yet. The refried beans were very good. My wife had the chorizo and eggs and enjoyed them. The prices are extremely reasonable for the good quality food you get. We were just here 2 days ago for dinner and this will be our New Mexican food hangout
